How does the pricing work?

We charge a flat price per month (or per year if you choose an annual payment option). This price is all-inclusive with no additional fees other than any 'extra disk space' you may need to purchase if you exceed the limit.

The number of users and storage that you can use depends on the pricing plan that you choose.

SignOff is a pay-as-you-go service. After the first payment we will automatically charge your credit card every month until you cancel. An invoice will be sent every month by email.

Can I switch plans?

You can upgrade or downgrade your SignOff account at any time through your online control panel.

When downgrading your account, the change will take place at the end of the current billing period that has already been invoiced and paid for. No refund will be issued.

Can I cancel my SignOff account?

You can cancel your SignOff account at any time, through your online control panel. On cancellation, your account will expire at the end of the current billing period that has already been invoiced and paid for. No refund will be issued. You can test SignOff for 30 days risk-free, with every new account.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard. We do not accept PayPal.
